Insurance is a form of risk management primarily used to hedge against the risk of a contingent loss. The process of insuring something or someone presupposes the involvement of two parties – the insurer and the insured. An insurer is a company selling the insurance to a person, who is the insured.

Insurance rate is a factor which determines the amount, the premium, to be charged for a certain amount of insurance coverage. The event that gives rise to the loss that is subject to insurance should, at least in principle, take place at a known time, in a known place, and from a known cause. A large number of insurance policies are provided for individual members of very large classes. However, some companies insure the life or health of small classes, for example, actors, actresses and sports figures. Others cover events that are not frequent.

As it was stated by World Health Organization, Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. From this statement we can assume that there's also mental health, concept that refers to a human individual's emotional and psychological well-being. It's important to take a good care of your health, as we all know that prevention is better than cure. Proper diet, proper exercise, proper rest and proper living will keep almost anyone healthy. Vigorous exercise seems to create energy, rather than use it up. During exercise the circularity and respiratory systems are stimulated and the blood begins to surge through the body. Oxygen and nutrients are fed to the cells of the tissues and the accumulated waste products are removed. Exercise reduces blood pressure. High blood pressure is often a forerunner of heart disease. Keeping healthy diet will also prevent from many sicknesses. Many common health problems can be prevented or alleviated with proper diet. It's important to supply your body with all the nutrition, minerals and vitamins needed. Some doctors estimate that emotional causes contribute to as much as 90% or even more of all illness. Stress may negatively impact health, by weakening the immune system, for example.
